Venue finding services: As the venue is one of the most important aspects of any event, we will ensure it has all the attributes you require. This is by far the hardest and the most time consuming of all the requirements for an event, but with the help of our database our consultants will find you just that perfect one.
Vendor sourcing, Work scheduling, and Budget Management:
We will oversee the recruiting of all necessary suppliers for your big day and at the same time ensure we effectively manage your budget by staying within its boundaries. A work schedule package will be prepared for all parties involved.
Day Co ordination: Finally we are prepared to be on hand on the big day to manage and supervise, making sure all the resources come together to give a smooth and memorable day. This is an optional service which the client can book, with or without us planning your event. (We can simply show up on your big day and work with your various suppliers)
Tableware Hire
We are able to offer a full range of high quality equipment for all occasions, be it an intimate diner party for 10, or a corporate function for 1,000! All our staffs are trained to a high standard and will provide every client with the same personal service.
We have a topnotch software system to aid our processing of your order from your initial quote request, right through to the completed delivery and subsequent collection.
Venue Décor / Dressing
Whatever ideas or concepts you have dreamed up for your reception, it will be made a reality. We have fully trained décor designers to work with you in creating that unique setting or atmosphere.

Staff Procurement
Our staffs are smart, friendly, helpful and come with highly trained skills, and are prepared to fit into any environment.
We pay special attention to attire and will always be appropriately dressed for the most formal to the most casual of event. We realize how important the appearance and efficiency of our staff is to your event, so all our staffs have a neat contemporary look in black "&" white.
Whenever possible we try to select our staff from areas close to your event location.
Venue Cleaning: Finally we could also oversee the clearing and cleaning of the venue after the event.
